How your order reaches you, what it costs, and what happens if something is wrong.

Delivery rates
Rates are per order, charged in USD, and set in the store’s delivery-zone settings.

Payment
Every order is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your fragrances arrive, and no card details are collected. Prices are displayed in USD. Payments are accepted in USD or LBP at market rate.
Timelines
Placeholder, pending owner confirmation. Orders are typically confirmed the same day and handed to the courier within one to two working days, with delivery in Beirut usually the next working day and elsewhere in Lebanon within two to three working days.
You can follow your order at any time from the order tracking page using your order number and phone number.
Returns and exchanges
Placeholder, pending owner confirmation. Sealed, unopened bottles may be returned or exchanged within a short window of delivery, provided the packaging is intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and a photograph and we will replace it or refund it.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled at any time before it is handed to the courier — message us with your order number. Cancelled orders release their stock back to the catalogue automatically.
