The agreement
Terms of service
The terms that apply when you place an order with us.
For owner review: This is a template drafted to match how the store actually operates — it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Add your legal entity name, registered address, and commercial register number, and have the wording reviewed against Lebanese law before launch.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We confirm the order once we have verified stock. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you to adjust or cancel the order.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only; delivery is added at checkout based on your governorate. Prices are displayed in USD. Payments are accepted in USD or LBP at market rate.
Orders are paid in cash on delivery. Nothing is charged before your order arrives, and we never ask for card details over the phone or on WhatsApp.
Availability and stock
Stock levels shown on the site are live. When a bottle shows as sold out it cannot be ordered. We do not accept backorders through the site — message us and we will tell you when it returns.
Product information
Fragrance descriptions, notes, and families come from the houses that make them. Bottle photography is representative; packaging and batch details can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a medical or allergen claim — check the packaging if you have sensitivities.
Delivery
Delivery timelines and rates are described on the shipping and returns page. We deliver within Lebanon only.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel before your order is handed to the courier. Returns and exchanges are covered on the shipping and returns page.
Acceptable use
You may browse and order for personal use. Automated scraping, bulk resale of our listings, and attempts to access other customers’ orders or our administration area are not permitted.
